Paul Barbary has had a long sabatical but he informs us that he is ready to go back to the smell of grease paint. He has decided to dive into it again and his first production is "Journey's End" where he will play Hardy and the Colonel. It plays at the Genesian's Theatre and opens on March13. Welcome back Paul. It feels like it was only yesterday when we were running amuck at the London Drama Studio......but that's another story to tell. |

Amanda Lainge has returned from a busy overseas schedule and goes into a Zen Zen Zo Internship from the beginning of 2010. She will be working on Dante's Inferno - The Devine Comedy. This will be directed by Stephen Aitkins and will run from May 6 to May 22 in Brisbane. Anyone ready for a short holiday? |

Fresh from finishing one of the lead roles in the feature film "Phobos The Movie" Jak Wyld went into filming the feature film "The 25th Reich" for Revolution films playing the part of Updike. |

Tony Brett appeared as Adam Leigh in the TV production of "A Model Daughter- Caroline Byrne". Directed by Des Monaghan for CB Productions
Also Tony appeared in a couple of episodes for UBII - "The Golden Mile" directed by Daniel Martinez. |

Fresh from a triumphant 2009 season Janine Penfolds goes into rehearsal once again with director Stephen Wallace for a new production of John Misto's The Shoehorn Sonata. A co production with Impulse Theatre and Newtown Theatre. It opens on Wed Mar 3 and runs until Sun March 28 2010 |

Michael Cutrupi goes into the premiere production of "A Secret Place" at the atyp. It is written and performed by the young gutsy ensemble and directed by Zeal Theatre's Tom Lycos, Brigid Kitchin and Stefo Nantsou. A Secret Place takes a very personal look into modern drug culture....the booze, the pills, the dope, the whatever we use to get to our own secret place. It runs from May 5 until May 8. Kerry Casey is off to Melbourne to perform in the seventh season of the award winning Theatre LOTE Fantastique production of "La Princesse et la Revolution" which he originally directed and co-wrote in 2003. He plays Madame Tussaud and 15 other characters from the French Revolution. This I must see! |

Aimee Falzon is busy as usual and this time she touring all over N.S.W.and Victoria. Working with Starrs Productions and directed by Scott Croll. Last I heard was that they're having a whale of a time. Guess we won't see her until Christmas! |

Jak Wyld has gone into rehearsal for his upcoming feature film Phobos the Movie. This will be shot at Callan Park psychiatric hospital. It is a horror/thriller feature and Jak plays one of the leading roles. We hear that the production has assembled some fine talents for this feature. More on this down the track. |

Sandy Kerr will be shooting a segment of Deadly Women new series for Discovery Channel by Beyond Productions. Also her role in the short film Vinyl by Azure Productions is soon to be released. |

Chloe Schwank goes into "Cosi" which is directed by Travis Green and written of course by Louis Nowra. Runs from April 23 until May 16 at the New Theatre. |

Erin Foy is now venturing into stand-up comedy. I am sure that she'll be fine and anyone who has experienced Erin's crazy sense of comedy will agree what I mean. Go Erin. |

Amanda Laing will be playing Narissa in "Merchant Of Venice"> with the Sydney Shakespear Festival. This will be going into the New Theatre in June. |

Steve Ostrow plays the Baron in the beautifully shot short film of "Death In The Garden">. A High Noon Films production. It is directed by Michael Chrisoulakis. The film has already started making the Festival rounds. |

Christine Greenough goes into the premiere production of "Belle's Line" by Tamara Asmar at The Old Fitroy Theatre. A black comedy about love, hanging on and letting go. It is a Jurgen Thor Production and Tamarama Rock Surfers directed by Alan Flower. Runs until Dec 23. |
